Can company cancel my visa when i am at home ?

I want to know that i resigned from job and company will give me NOC after the completion of notice period . after completion of notice period i want to go home and will comeback after 20 days and want to join the new job . My question is if company can cancel my visa when i m back at my home country ?

The key thing is to get an NOC .. After that it doesn't really matter.. The worse that can happen is that you will have to go home and come back

but you should start the visa transfer before leaving

It doesn't matter as long as you have NOC. You can transfer the sponsorship as long as you are here. If they cancel your visa you can come with a visa from the new employer and your NOC.
