Baby Delivery Charges in HMC Qatar

Hi All
My wife is expecting a baby. She is having RP under my sponsorship but no Health card.
Can someone share their thoughts about the procedure and charges in HMC without Health Card.
Will she be treated as a visitor?

my wife delivered before 1 year and we paid only 310 QAR.
it was through operation and we were having hamad health card.

My wife delivered here in march. She is also on visit visa. We paid total QR 3200 as they charged QR 2400 for applying little vacuum at the end of delivery plus 800 for room( 2 days charge).
QAR 1000 for normal delivery
QAR 2400 for small operation
QAR 3600 for medium operation
QAR 5400 for big operation
Sharing room charges QR400 per day( shared with one person) + Small charges for medicines( QR40 or 50)

HMC charge 100 QAR per day as delivery charges and 10 QAR for med at the time of leaving the hospital provided you have the health card. if you dont have it better get it done rather then paying thousands of QAR at hospital.
