I have attested my childrens certificate and marriage certificate in external affairs ministry in india.Whether i want to attest the same in indian embassy in qatar.Please give me the address of qatar embassy in qatar with phone no.

yes you need to goto indian embassy in qatar, only then mofa qatar will attest your document.

No Need of Indian Embassy attestation in Qatar, when you already attested in India, Now you have to attest with MOFA, Qatar (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). For your information there is no Qatar Embassy in Qatar.
