Arrived in Qatar from last 3 months no fingerprint done no salary please advise

Hi,

I have arrived with work visa 3 months completed but my company didnot send me for finger print and they didnot provide me any salary since joining ........ what should i do now???

1. can i file a case in labor coart for my 3 months pending salarys?? (i dont have ID, only i have visa copy)

2. Other company offering me job but my company not aready to give me noc

I am completly traped ... please help me and advise me what should i do
