Applying Again for Visit Visa after 6 Months

Hello Qlers, I had applied for Family Visit Visa last year on 19-Nov-15 in Mesaimeer Office, but it got Deferred. After 2 Visits there and convincing, there was no progress so i gave up. I have read that we can again apply for Visit Visa after 6 Months, so i am planning to apply this time in Al Rayyan Office. I need your advice whether i can directly apply to Rayyan after 6 months, or i will have to first cancel that old application in Mesaimeer and then apply for new Application?

Baladiya attested Rent Agreement is one of the requirements (based on my experienced) to get a visit visa so even if you re applied it in Rayyan it will get rejected / differed again.

They were asking Baladiya attested Rent Agreement and i had normal rent agreement.
