The Application is Canceled

Hello and good morning! I need a piece of advice and guidance on the subject matter.

Previously the status for my family visa application was showing The Application is Rejected. I went to committee meeting on last monday and now the status shows The application is Canceled. Can someone please guide me on this change? What to do now? Waiting for valuable comments. Thanks
