Anyone looking for IT Support

I am interested in utlizing the services of a company offering infrastructure support for server and desktop from offshore locations. I am bit fedup with lack of good infrastrucure support here in Qatar and high costs.

I want to understand if someone else would be interested in remote infrastructure support, so that we can get a better deal.

Also, I would like to really understand the case with other SMB companies how they are managing their infrastuctures, any good vendors and the price at which they are getting this support.
