Is there any bank or any financial or commercial institution provides a prepaid credit card WITHOUT the need to open an account? Just pay in cash and have a credit card so we can make purchases online from ebay for example.
You need to have a Credit Card to avail that Card.
If you have money in the Bank and a Debit Card to prove it online they wont take it. But if you have Credit Card and no money in the bank they issue you this bloody card.

go to any QIB branch and ask for a hadiyati card. they call it gift card but that can be used like a credit card. denominations available are 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 and 5000.

I think several banks issue non-relationship cards with limits determined by them, it's simple process..try Mashreq or HSBC etc.
