Any good mechanics?

I have a Ford focus that I brought with me from Dubai a year ago; I have serviced it once at Ford dealership in the industrial area. I was completely disappointed and after being charged almost QR1000 for a simple service (Oil and filters) I knew for a fact that brakes needed a change but they failed to notify me of that and on top of all that the car was returned to me dirtier than it was when I handed it over.
Anyone recommend a good mechanic who preferably knows European cars and of course someone professional not a cowboy trader. Help please
