6 months Ahraa issue

Hello everyone , well im stuck in a problem , let me describe it & please guide me in this.

My employer said you can work in another company and we will provide you 6 months paper{Ahraa}
So i found a good company & passed the interview.

The new employer asked me to process the 6 months paper & get it approved from immigration department.so i asked my employer to process & he asked me 4  documents namely :

1-computer card copy

2-Sazal tijari

3-Rukhsa Baladiya

4-Sponsor ID copy

I asked the new employer & he mailed the documents to the mandoop & the paper also got stamped by immigration dept.

Now i need to take the 6 months paper to new employer to add the employer's details & for second verification.so the new employer is asking for the same 4 documents of my previous employer & says its needed to get it verified.

Problem is that the previous employer is not giving me these 4 papers & im not in good terms with them to convince them , can someone guide me if those documents are really needed for the second verification etc ?

Or also if i can work at any place without these 6 months papers n all ?
