Any advice?

Dear Members, I'm contemplating purchasing a used or new car and facing a dilemma between Toyota and Nissan. While I've heard that Toyota is generally better, the Nissan cars I've examined seem to have superior features. Can you provide advice on maintenance, resale value, and overall usage/comfort for both brands?
Little confused, Go for a couple, take one toyota, next day take one nissan, Little LOL. plus ROFL, a little.
Both are good brands. Toyota has always maintained an edge over Nissan from the very beginning. First, the spare parts of Toyota and cheaper compared to Nissan. Secondly, Toyota spares are more readily available. Third, Toyota definitely a better resale value. As for the costs at the mechanics shop, they are more or less the same for both cars.
