Hi,
I just wanted to share my thoughts here, please reply if u r interested.
I am planning to buy a small farm in "Ismailia road" or Alexandria road" or even "Assiut road".
All my concern is the:
* The legal situation of the company selling the land,
* The ROI (Return Of Investment)
The way to handle the land, hire a farmer to do it or give it to the company to look after it.

If there is anyone had this expereince or know any kind of information, please help
