In quest of a Library

I’m doing my Master degree work in aesthetics and history of music. The subject I have chosen suppose to be something about the traditional music in the Gulf. I went to the National Library but there is almost nothing in English. Internet- very little so far. I will highly appreciate if someone can give me a clue where to go and look for sources. Does anyone have any info about Qatar Music Academy?
