Clear and Simplified steps on how to apply for Medical Licensing in Qatar

Can someone help/teach me how to apply to Medical Licensing here in Qatar?
It's very confusing on what is in their site.

Do I need first to complete the Data Flow Application or the Evaluation Application form?

I went in Supreme Council of Health last time but the counter was closed. I think they are only open on Mondays AND Wednesdays morning?

Sorry for being a spoon-fed, but I'm really confused on how this goes.

SCH counters are open from 7:30am to 1pm. But as far as i know, the medical licensing committee will advise you to register online as they are implementing such process few months ago. This was also my dilemma and thanks to our mandoob,she does things at their own pace. If you want first hand info from the committee,try to go there on monday 8am-1pm (customer day), room 28. hope this will help.
