There are many companies advertising on qatarliving for selling samrt phones for cheapest prices... Please any advice , if you have experience on this kind of companies or not? will they deliver the phones, once we pay the money ?/ For Ex: Samsung Galaxy S3 price in qatar around QR.2400. But they are ready sell for QR.1400.

They are all fake companies,just ask them for their local phone number.Don't send them any money you will never get it back.Buy only from a company/individual located in Qatar.You can also buy on EBAY/AMAZON but only pay through PAYPAL.
