Lucky Draw
Hi QL Friends,
I have a concern about one of the lucky draw recently happened in one of the supermarket here in qatar.
my concern is
1. they made the draw date on a normal working day (not weekend) and that too in the morning time.... since it was the first day after the week end.. howmany attendees could make their presence during the draw and is there any proof that the draw has been conducted in a proper way?
2. The coupons will be issued months back before the actual draw date... so, what happens when the box is filled with the coupons....?
3. Is it only a business tactics or what?

When banks have such lucky draws, they invite people at some venues to participate and publicly announce the winners also winners' names are published in newspapers,
but in case of supermarkets' lucky draws we are always unaware of the results,
Land Cruisers are kept there and then after a few months disappear,
It is definitely a suspicious activity.
this Lucky draw process is just a trcik to clear the Old and expired stock from there racks..!!!!
Put a sale board... fool the people by saying 50% off....
Buy two get one free........
All this makes a middle class person to go for the offer....
Later there is a lucky draw which no one knows when the same is and the winners are mainly/ Majority to be Locals
or Arabic nationalities nothing else...?????
