Jumbo Electronics fraud
Jumbo Electronics at City Center has a three-day return for credit policy written on the invoice, and that is the date that is used, even if they do not deliver until AFTER the three days are up. They delivered our projector late, then it turned out to be the wrong model, they delivered the correct model days later, then we had to fight them to send an installer, and when we found that the model did not do what the sales person represented, they refused to exchange the model. The manager and the salesperson put on a little show for us, and it was obvious they had done it before.
We also bought a stove at the same time that they refused to install after they delivered it, even though it came with delivery.
They are liars, cheats, and will weasel out of any commitment, even if it is written down. Do the community a favor and put these low-life dealers out of business.

i think you don't know about jumbo History. They established here last 37 years back.. they are they only distributor for LG products and they got best service award for satisfactory customers. They prefer first Customer Satisfaction.
May b you face problem with some one, so go to Head office book your complain against them. But don't blame total Company. I know they will take immediate action if you complain.
In Old Air Port There head office is there. Go and discuss with them or Call Customer service....

Sorry for your experience. I know how you feel for buying electronics in here which is not only overly expensive for technologically outdated items, but also you get to meet the ultimate highest calibre sales professionals who lie more than they breath and think they are smart for doing that.
My biggest thrill is when they can speak English.
If any retailer committed something and could not deliver, try to find out the reason ... dont just blame them .... compalining will make you more mad ... if u talk to the manager .... u might get good response ... i m regular customer at JUMBO & EMAX electronics .. both are good and genuine...
does the complainant have other option but to make a formal complaint?

If anyone defends the atrocious customer service in this country, it can only be because they work there.
I purchase regularly from them, have had no issues, they are quite professional, Speak to their customer care @ 44365454, they would help I guess !!
