Importing Cars

Dear All,

We know that cars in Qatar are overpriced and we all pay through our teeth for a decent car with very mediocre services. I was living in Dubai for 10 years and what many people do there is import cars from the USA as the prices there are incredible. The cars have American specs which is very similar to GCC specs and therefore no problems are ever experienced.

My brother lives in the US and wants to export a few cars to Doha. If anyone is looking for a car in particular which is difficult to find in Doha, or incredibly overpriced, please contact me so that we can arrange to import.

Simply send me a PM if you are serious about this and I will reply with my phone number.

Cheers

malaika- it is on cash only basissubvas- no idea mate gregore- warranty is generally for small spare parts and only lasts about a year or so. depending on the car you buy- the selling price can be very good for you. for example- i brought a car from the US, drove it for a year and sold it at the same price i bought it for!

The problem with this is the warranty. Qatar is all about monopoly. Car companies refuse to give you warranty for anything that they do not sell you. You can pay a lot of money to buy packages. Another downfall is the selling price if you ever decide to get rid of the car. People here think USA cars come in with totally different parts, which is NOT true. In fact all car parts come with one part number these days.
