Dear Friends,

I bought one electric burner from NWC, i used only one day, next day its not working, i given to customer service, they cant able to do the service, and then they are saying thats all, so I give back to the item to them, i told them I dont want that unused item.

give me some advice for this,...

nwc=new world center...rare cases & that's why better to buy expensive gadget than cheapest.

Speak to the manager. Show your receipt and explain it only worked 1 day; obviously it was defective. If he doesn't satisfy your demands, tell him you will complain to authorities, including police, and report the center for fraud.
