Almost all the bigger restaurants in Qatar are multicuisine as it will be difficult to push through if they are selling only food of a particular nation. You will not find too many South Africans here and those who are here will be eating from the well known restaurants.

My suggestion is to open your restaurant with multicuisine with your speciality of South African Food.

Er...

Doha is in dire need of a good South African Shop where we can buy all our goodies from back home...

Dont think there's enough Saffas (South Africans for those of you not aware of the term) in Doha for the market to be big enough though...

Still... If ever you open it up - I'll place my monthly South African Goody Hamper Order first!

;)
