What is the difference in specs and mods of the H2 here in Qatar than that which is built in the U.S.?

I want to purchase an H2 here in Doha which has the American specifications and was purchased from the United States. What is the difference between Gulf specifications and American specification? Should I purchase the one with the American specification? What are the pros and cons? Would I be gambling by purchasing a Hummer here in Qatar which has the American Specs?

I don't know why the people here and in GCC in general make this issue about USDM imported cars.
The major things about GCC cars that can differ from cars sold in Japan, Germany, US are:
- The cars are built and tuned to run in extreme heat. This means that the car radiator is larger or better at cooling. Other parts used are more heat resistant.
- The internals of the car. specially the AC is more heavy-duty to provide proper cooling in the heat.
I'm only saying "can" differ becoz some cars have the same radiator, aircon, etc (like the cars imported from Texas for example).
I own a us spec Jeep Liberty and a US spec Lancer Evolution, both cars run like a dream.
If you're talking about the dark green H2, it's been sitting there for a while, make sure you give it a thorough inspection.
