Ahmed anybody can take us for a ride in this matter. If you remember 4 reputed car showrooms were closed down in the recent past for fooling their customers. If you can save a few thousands for the same brand and specifications nothing like it. But make sure the vehicle and its make is genuine, as some say they are imported from Dubai and do not have a better resale. If you are planning to use it for atleast a few years then resale does not come into account. You can anyway service it and get it repaired at any authorized dealer of the same brand by paying the service and spare parts charges.

@Wild Turkey, he can buy it cheaper from any Agency, but with less privileges because even a small fault they'll refer him to the main dealer...

You can have a private car warranty. It will possibly cost less than the 20,000 difference. Check the insurance companies, or Google 'car warranty'.

I believe there is no issue. Bcs i buy one last 2 years back and am still using it. The problem is that - you will not get free service.

Check the car and docs properly , before u take.

It's always advisable since you're ready to buy brand new car, visit Toyota Showroom which will give you the best after sales services e.g. Free servicing after a certain mileage. Again you'll get warrant card incase of any technical fault whilst on salwa road no guarantee of these services. Choose wisely before you decide.

The shops may be reliable, but they will not give you the after care support that a dealer will. Also, the shop may go bust the next day - what then ?

You have already decided to buy a new GX-R. So, don't worry many will come to you in anyway..!
