Planning to buy Nissan Altima 2.5S Automatic with CVT. Requesting Altima owners to share their experiences with this car ... mainly power, reliability, and any other issues or problems with this car.

I heard the car sometimes acts funny and increases or decreases speed itself or automatic transmission hesitates or drags sometimes! Any truth in this? How much is car warranty for 2009 models?

Do these exist in Camry as well?

It’s really good with powerful performance and you can visit Nissan showroom to have test drive better so that you will feel it.

I do not own Altima, but based on consumer report in the US, it is rated higher than both Camry and Accord. It should be great car. Do not know much about CVT but it works great for the Murano.
