Hello, I have a problem regarding my estimara, because the registered name is still under my brother in law's name, the thing is, he is already out of Qatar and lived in US. Any chance to make the ownership to be transfer in my name? Is it possible if I will ask an authorization letter and show to the traffic dept.? Can you tell me the process? Thanks in advance!

How about, I will ask an authorization letter from him saying that He is authorizing me to transfer the ownership under my name, with attachment of photocopy of his expired pataka. is that possible? thanks
