Dear All,
I Bought a Car from one of my friend without transfering the ownership(registration) to my name. Now i came to know that he is cancelled (exit Visa) from Qatar. Please let me know the solution for this. I am not able to renew the istemara(vehicle permit renew) of this vehicle. Can ony one plz tel me what is the solution for this and i dont have any written document ie sale deed etc.. the car is still in his name and he is gone on exit visa. plz tel me how to change ownership of this car into my name?

Just meet any senior official in maroor, madina khalifa and describe your problem. Sure there will be any solution.
