Car tunning

I've just baught a Toyota Corolla Xli 2003 1.8L from a friend, but its almost empty, just the companys stuff.
I wanna tunn it with some cool rims, a CD/Cassette player, a Bass sub, four or six speakers, and i dont know how to say this in english (in arabic its called Famèe) I guess in english its called windows tint, its the black or dark material on the windows. I wanted somebody to tell me about some workshop specialized in tunning cars. AND YEAH I FORGOT, above all the stuff mentioned above, I want a garage where I can really tune my car with some details I want in the engine, so waiting for your reply guys :D
when you are going towards airport...........take left from the crazy signal........the are lots of shops there which does all this stuff.
