Best Cheap Car to buy

I would like to know which is the best cheapest car to buy. It is in terms of Performance - After sales service - Resale value. It would be much appreciable if you could provide me the latest show room price for Toyoto - Nissan - Honda - Hyundai.
Preferably any website to make a decision out of reviews and posts
I recently researched quite a bit into the cheap and medium range of cars to buy in qatar.
the pereception of toyota/nissa/honda being the only reliable cars is slowly shifting here. chverolet, ford are all making decent cars and their after sale support is excellent.
but if i had to recommend 1 car it is the hyundai accent. looks good, compact, reliable, good after sales and only around 50,000. you cant get a better machine new for a lower price.
