Work Visa Transferin Qatar

I am working as Site Engineer and i have completed 10 month of service, but I got termination notice from my Company due to down size of company and they are ready to provide NOC, Please any one can explain clearly, what is the procedure to transfer my Visa without leaving Qatar. And also i got another offer in Qatar. Some of my friends told me after completing at least 1 year with original sponsor then only you can transfer Visa and somebody told me at least 2 years. Which is true? Different people having different opinion, please help me ...

sorry its 2 years before you can transfer sponsorship based on my experience i ask two borrowing letter which is 6 months each

You don't need to leave the country if you have NOC and offer letter...Just ask the company for borrowing letter until you reach 1 year then they can transfer you

after one year you can change sponser if you cant contact me
