He wants to hear that the Ban is only for 6 months instead of 2 years.
2 YEARS BAN
Ban is still 2 years, except in case you have NOC, ban period does not apply !
The Ban is 2 years. Only if the company cancel you, which most wont. companies dont. The new law still need an NOC from your employer / ministry with will take into account competition restrictions.
And as per your answer...................NO........ He can come in as soon as possible but under different employer............That's the latest development.
I don't disagree.. But surely, It's better to do a "search" on QL first... 99.9999999999999999 % of the questions have been asked before in one form or another...
Brit: Because things get changed on a daily basis. What was applicable last month isn't applicable this month. So there are several reasons to ask same questions over and over again as time goes by.
Why do people ask the same question ?
