Does anyone have the actual link to the new Sponsorship Law from Feb 09?
I've done a search for this and Im only getting newspaper articles - and they differ a bit.
This relates to women being able to sponsor their husbands (specifically expatriate women).
My company's mandube has come back saying that the government is only allowing women to sponsor their husbands if they are in the government or hospital fields.... not normal companies.
Thanks to anyone with info on this. Much appreciated.

The new qatar labor rules, if your salary is 7,500Qrs he/she can sponsor his/her legal partner. Previous law only government employee can sponsor but now as long as you earn 7,500 qrs/month.
