Just one question please,
my visa expiered in August 3, 2011 it is true that i can stay here in qatar for 3months even my visa is expire.
im working now in company but i dont want to re-new my visa because im planing to resign after ramadan..

Hi! You have a grace period of 3 months. After 3 months you have a penalty of qrs. 10/- per day..

as far as i know.. IF u will not renew your resident permit u will pay 10 rials per day afer ur expired date then, IF U will renew your resident permit you CAN RENEW it within 3 months after expiry date...

for better answer, u can check with ur PRO...

There is a grace period of 1 month to get the Residence Permit renewed. After that there is a fine. I have not come across any 3 months rule.

You can renew your RP and still resign after Ramadan.
