This is visiting visa and valid for 3 months only. U cannot work here with this visa and can be used as tourist purposes. He can come to the country and move freely for 3 months.

It all depends on how you applied or your HR people . If the purpose is just visit then it should be Tourist Visa or if he has any businesses here also can be Business Visa ... if you have any referral no go on the MOI website and check there for more details

It can be business visit visa or vist visa. .. depending on how it was applied. Check out the sponsor name.
