Terminating Contract

I'm Already 10 months here in Qatar and I had a contract of 2 years in my company as a Safety officer.If I resign or break my contract what is the possible penalties except I shoulder my plane ticket? Please i need advice about this, thank you...

wait for one two more months becuase you have to finish one years to exit easily
if you work all the months properly they should pay your all dues and salaries without deduction as per time sheet.
some time ticket you have to take but no other cost from your side to employer , after one year if the employer tell you regarding deduction dont accept and you can claim all the dues or go to labour department in sanaya and informe them they will speak to them then the problem finished

Better read your Contract again, if its not clear.. try to clarify it with your company's HR personnel, just dont let your boss know that your thinking of leaving the company until you're fully decided. Once you know the consequences, you can now weigh your options. Just think that it happens to plenty of the expats here in Qatar. Good Luck Deciding =)

Check your contract paper again and read the terms and conditions regarding leaving the job before 2years.
They will terminate/ cancel your VISA and maybe they will ask you to pay all the expenses when they process your applications. & for sure (your right!)you will shoulder the plane ticket. & above all you will not get anything from them...even your last salary..... think twice!!!
