Regarding Work Visa?
My relative came to Qatar on work visa as driver. He came on feb 27th,2011. His medical is over but till now RP is not stamped on his passport. I mean the company is not given for it.
1) If the person wants to go back, is he need the exit permit from the sponsor? or any documents from the sponsor? or he just need a tckt to the home country?
2) If he wants to change to some other company without going back to the home country , what are the documents needed from the current employer?
Need your valuble comments in this regards.
what if your current employer dont give u a NOC? can u still transfer to other company?

01... if he wish to go back need to pay penalty first three month free than per day 10 Qrs. and exit permit also
02... if he wish to change the sponsorship than current employer noc and i.d copy required + you find out the new employer with valid your nationality visa
