Qatar Visa Rules

Dear all,
I am going to finish my 2 yrs contract with my present Co.I would like to have a sponsorship change. I come to know that we should have NOC from the sponser or carry 2 years ban. Getting NOC for me is not possible.Do we have any hope about the visa rules to change?
Employer should let to go free the employees after the contract period..
another posts shows that now ban period is just 6 month not 2 years
let me know the details?

there is no other option,
not getting noc you should be out of doha for 2 years.
Try to get it from your company.Best of luck.
