Dear All QL Members,

Good morning to all,

Here i have a question to ask about the profession change.I am working herein qatar since 6 years as an accountant. but unfortunately my designation under QID is forman. So i already applied for profession change in Labour department and they accepted the application aswell. Now its 9 working days finished. but still not i didnt receive any message from Labour dept.So how many days it wil take ? and after that what is the procidure? please advise me?

hi,

i am recently appointed as Mechanical Engineer in Qatar Bin Ladin. But there is some issue in visa ,they were saying that we will issue visa for some non technical category, but you get the same salary pakage and same benefits and you work as mechanical engineer on non technical visa. Is it right? Is it possible to change profession????And how??? Please guide me
