Legal Documents like Marriage Contract, Birth Certificate for children must be Autheticated in DFA Manila.

yes it is bc its proof that you don't tell a lie and if you convert these thing spacailly your marriage certificate in arabic from here and also attested then its a very plus point for your visa case,and leave a good impression for others.
