My company is issuing NOC to me but its not a general NOC but with the name of other company. If I want to join another company than the one for they have issued NOC for, whats the procedure.

1. Can I take release from this new company (If they are willing to give) and join the third company or is there any mandatory time period I have to complete with this company.

2. In case of release by this second company , will my sponsorship change or it will be the same sponsor.

3. If I bring my family here with sponsorship from second company, do they have to exit after this company give me release to work for third company.
