CAN SPONSOR CANCLE THE EMPLOYEE RECRUITED LOCALLY?

PLEASE HELP ME, I CHANGED MY SPONSORSHIP TO ONE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY. I HAVE ALREADY SPENT 7YEARS WITH THEM. BUT THEY DID NOT IMPROVE MY FINANCIAL SITUATION. MY MONTHLY TOTAL SALARY IS QRS. 5,000.00 AND I AM A FATHER OF TWO. I WORK AS A OFFICE MANAGER. I HAVE IDEA THAT THEY WILL NOT INCREASE MY SALARY, SINCE I REQUESTED FOR INCREASE IN SALARY REPEATIDLY MANY AND MANY TIMES, AND NOW I SUBMIT MY RESIGNATION AND I AM AFRAID THAT THEY WILL CANCEL MY VISA. MY WHOLE FAMILY IS HERE, MY PARENTS, BROTHERS UNCLES COUSINES. I STUDIED HERE SINCE 1990.
MY RECORD IS VERY CLEAR IN THE COMPANY IN FACT I AM THE KEY PERSON FOR THE COMPANY. AND THE MANAGEMENT EXCEPT MY HARD AND RESULT ORIENTED WORK. BUT ACCORDING TO SPONSOR THIS SALARY IS ENOUGH. CAN HE CANCLE ME. CAN ANY BODY HELP ME. BECAUSE I AM VERY CLEAR.

No No and 100% No, if you were hired internally i mean your fisrt sponser realsed you than this is your second sponser correct me if am wrong in this case he dont have any right to cancel you coz you were hired locally. in only cases your sponser may cancel you incase he report against you in traffic or labour dept. but if its a case of incremant try to explain him. its my advice. coz in immgration it will shows your first entry even changing of sponser they always ask your 1st entry just to make sure you have your own visa your case is just like mine when one of the Prestigeous company tried to cancel me without any reason but i got my right through labor dept and today am so happy being with Mercedes Benz. wish you the same.
Yes you are right lynrendon. Staff at Labour department is so accommodating and approacheable.
The inherent right still rests on your Company as your Sponsor. You can only negotiate with them about your release and discuss to them the present living condition here in Qatar that you need to search for a better-paying job since they cannot accommodate your Salary increase. I believe that in this way, they can release you and give NOC accordingly.
If they cannot give you a release or an NOC even if you plead, you can appeal to Labor Department citing your 7 years of honest hardworking with the Company and from that, the Labor can request your Company to release you to work with another Company.

they have 2 options either they will give your relase letter or NOC for transfer of sponsorship and they will not cancle your visa, if they will nto cancel your visa and give you release then no need to go to your country...but if they will cancel your visa with NOC then u can come back here anytime with another sponsor.. or they will cancel w/o NOC then u have nothing to do abotu that and they have rights to terminate or cancel visa w/o giving NOC or release letter.. so asked politely to your manager about your plan maybe they will understand your needs...or u acn asked advice from labor if u want and if u have time to make it clear about your worries! labor will giev you good advice...i love the people working at the labor department they are so nice and they will give and guide you what is the right you should do!
well he can cancel your RP. Better talk to your sponsor and try to convince him in the best manner possible to give you release.
TRY TO KEEP ALL YOUR COPIES OF LETTERS FOR ASKING THE SALARY AND THEN WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR COMPANY THAT U NEED ENOUGH SALARY FOR YOUR FAMILY EXPENSE ARE HERE AND ALSO ASKED THEM IF THEY CANNOT INCREASE YOUR SALARY THEN ASKED FOR THE RELEASE LETTER OR NOC! IF AFTER ONE YEAR OF COMPLETION BOTH PARTIES HAVE THE RIGHTS TO TERMINATE HIS/HER CONTRACT WITH 1MONTH NOTICE TO HAVE THE REPLACEMENT.THEY CAN CANCEL YOU BUT ASKED NOC AND THEN MAKE SURE U HAVE ANOTHER SPONSOR THAT WILLING TO GIVE U ENOUGH SALARY THEN AFTER YOUR COMPANY CANCEL YOUR VISA U WILL GO TO YOUR COUNTRY AND THEN COME BACK HERE ANYTIME AS LONG THAT U HAVE NOC NO PROBLEM!
YOU ARE 7YEARS IN THE COMPANY?HOW MANY YEARS IS YOUR CONTRACT THEN? AND WHAT IS YOUR CONTRACT DEFINITE OR INDEFINETE?
