Business Visa or Tourist/Visit Visa?

Can someone tell me if a tourist visa can transfer to working visa? And which one is more convenient or much easy to transfer a business or a tourist? Please advise me.. thank you

Business visa is only issued to a sponsoring company. Also if the visa is extended beyond 1 month than exit permit is required.

Hi, better Business Visa, coz it is extendable upto 3 months in case of not getting right job. Also, does not require Exit Permit to leave the country.
