Back to Qatar in a Visit Visa

Hi Friends
My friend plan to resign from his current Job and he will not get a NOC from his current employer .Can he come back to Qatar on a visit visa ? Or else how many months he had to wait to come back to Qatar on a Business-Visit Visa
If i get him a visa from UAE can he come back to Qatar on a visit
depends on what type of visit visa you are talking about.
There are plenty of "visit visa" types. As a matter of fact ALL of them are visit visas, as we are all visitors here.
So, long story short: all types of NON-working visit visas (tourist, family, student, etc.) are OK, no NOC is required. All types of WORKING visit visas (business, work visa, etc.) are NOT ok, your application will be rejected.
he should wait 2 year , because if there is no noc from the previous employer they will not issue the visit visa also ..
