yes its a new rule, they need the blood group of the baby for the issuance of the RP. for babies born here, the hospital will do that for you, no need for taking the baby to another clinics for the blood group.
remember on those new born the hospital do take some test where they take a small amount of blood from the foot of the baby. from that certificate they will include the blood group of the baby. hope this helps :)

Doha clinic will do it in a matter of minutes just go and register.

Thanks will do that...you guys are faster at giving info than the hospital itself! Kept trying to call them but no one is receiving the phone... thanks again.
At the hospital. They will write it out for you on hospital letter head. Baby will mostly likely have been tested at birth and info will be in the chart.
