Attested Highest Educational Certificate
I am starting a new job in Doha. My employer requests me to bring them an “Attested Highest Educational Certificate” on my joining day in Qatar. I already have a copy of the electronic work visa to let me enter the country but employer still requires Attested Highest Educational Certificate.
I have my Master’s Degree from the United States. I do have my original diploma with me but I don’t know how I can get this “attested”. I am already out of United States, staying in Europe visiting my family. I will be in Doha next month in October.
Not sure if attested diploma is required for Residence Permit or just an internal HR requirement, but I know for a fact that my employer clearly wants this document as "Attested".
Should I go to Doha first and then start the process? I just don’t know where to start and how to get this prepared.
Any advise on the overall process, the services I can use, and the best way to handle this procedure is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
basically it asks you to get your certificates verified by the ministry of education here in Qatar. You need to visit their office or I think you could have them verified by the Qatari embassy in the country you finished your studies. hope this helps. either case, nothing to worry about, you can pay the 'mandoob' aka PRO of your company to do it, just check with them. Goodluck mate.
