On arrival Visa for accompanying relatives of GCC residents

Is the following type of visa available. As I intend to travel back with my mother in law

the GCC residents

This visa is given for the family members accompanying GCC residents upon arrival at Doha international Airport.

Conditions:

The accompanying person shall enter the country accompanying the sponsor or with one of the family members in the first category and shall be on his personal sponsorship.

He should have a GCC residence permit valid for at least 6 months.

Original passport valid for at least 6 months.

The required fee of QR 100/- to be paid by credit card.

Visa is valid for one month and can be extended for another three months.

Fine for violation is QR 200/- per day.
