However, from what I observed in the case with my colleague, the authorities were patient, advised him to seek medical attention and continued to provide him with opportunities so that he is not sent back. It was one of those rare cases as is the case with the person who posted his situation.. But then, at the end my colleague did manage to meet the requirements and got fingerprinted, didn't he? Possibly, the authorities have some rules and limitations on such special cases.
