First go to the Human Rights Committee and tell them. They will intervene. If that doesn't work, go to the Labour Court and they will make sure your sponsor gives you an exit permit. If you begin to take steps coming Sunday, hopefully you will be out of Qatar before the week ends. Just don't take any drastic action such the one you have stated. It will only complicate things and delay your departure.
