Hi! I think your salary must be more than 10000 Qatar Riyals and bring the following:
1. Marriage Certificate - Attested by proper authorities (Your Country and Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affarirs)
2. Degree Certificate (Sponsor, probably you) - Attested by proper authorities and must have Arabic translations
3. NOC letter from your company
4. House Contract with your last bill of electricity or if accommodation is provided by your company just ask for the contract and bill of your electricity
5. 6 months bank statement
6. Passport copy of your wife
