If the profession on your RP is engineer, no problems and should be a straight forward procedure for the Visa on Arrival. However, keep in mind that the Qatar RP has to be valid for more than 6 months.

Alternatively, Emirates and Fly Dubai also can provide you with pre-approved UAE visas on the condition that you fly with them.
