i always call the costumers service & they send technician, and still cannot solve the internet issues, they told us to change the cabling connection from the building & we spent money because they said these are not in their scope. But still having the same issue, we convince them to change the wall box spliter. but still the same. The technician came today to check the router settings & made modification, but still the same. we told them to change the router, but they said they will only change it if is defective. technician said, they will change, but with the refurbished old one.
They suggest now, buy a branded router. Grrr.
