I feel very bad, my application was 9th april and they given me fibre optic appointment, when the technician went there were no available port connection and they rescheduled appointment today 23rd for copper connection and unfortunately all lines were fully occupied. Again I need to wait for another minimum 10 days just to add the new line and then another appointment to wait. Customer service is very poor whenever you are calling they will give you different feedback.
There should be competition here not monopoly.
